Sitting around the table full of empty plates, drained glasses and used silverware, the Robinsons looked quite

content.

The family had just finished dining on smoked ham, tortellini, smoked salmon and other delicacies prepared by NCC student chefs at the Culinary Arts department's Final Grand Buffet on Jan. 29 in Alumni Hall.

The Robinsons polished off their feast with Bananas Foster Flambe. "Out of this world," someone chimed.

NCC's Culinary Arts department holds two Final Grand Buffets each year to showcase the work of students from the Skill Development II class.

Chef Scott Kalamar oversees the buffets.

For $10 per person, anyone can sample the delicacies served in Alumni Hall

The next Final Grand Buffet will be held at noon July 29.

For reservations, call Kalamar at 610-861-4554.
